Shipping and returns

Shipping

The products that are in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days. The cost of shipping is determined based on your location. It is calculated automatically at checkout for EU countries.

We do ship to countries outside the EU, but please contact us for a shipping quote by emailing us at info@slowhomes.ee. Shipping may take a little longer. Taxes and other import duties may be added by the customs in your country.

If your cart reaches or exceeds 79€ we offer free shipping within Estonia.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. The 14 days starts on the date of arrival of your goods. If you like to return your purchase, the merchandise must be in as new condition, meaning unused and undamaged and packed in its original packaging.

The cost of returning the goods is paid by the client returning the goods.

We are not responsible for any damage during the return shipment, so please make sure that returned goods are carefully wrapped and packed.

To return your purchase, please contact us at info@slowhomes.ee and tell us your order number and that you would like to return your purchase (or if you would like to return only a part of it list also the returned items). Please pack the goods carefully and choose an insured mode of transport. Damaged goods will not be refunded.

For smaller items it is possible to return the goods via parcel terminals, please contact us to get further info.
